Amrita
furnace has helically wound, Kanthal wire heating elements.
Elements are horizontally supported in grooves on all walls.
Front-loading furnaces with openings 12" or higher will
have elements located on the inner door surface.
All furnaces are insulated with high Grade firebrick complimented
with an outer layer of fiber - based insulation. The outer
shell is painted with a heat resistant high temperature paint.
Doors are recessed plug type, providing a double heat seal.
All furnaces are equipped with control panel inbuilt PID temperature
controller complete with Type K thermocouple.
Furnaces operational to 1200°C. |
